A Win-Win Policy for The Co-Op and Our Customers
The Co-Op offers a very generous special order policy to both shoppers and members. Special Ordering helps us hold our costs low by not tying up shelf space for your favorite products. We then pass along the savings to you. Here is our Special Order pricing. Anyone can place special orders, but members receive substantial discounts. The more you order, the greater your savings. Special order savings are available on all products from our primary distributor, United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI).
New policies to take effect on March 1, 2014:
* Order form must be received by Sunday close of business.
* Product will be available for pickup Thursday.
* Holidays or extenuating circumstances may affect regular order & receiving days.
* Orders are placed in bulk or full case quantities from our main distributor, United Natural Foods (UNFI).
* Items which are sold by the each (e.g. supplements & vitamins) require a minimum purchase of 4 units.
* You will be called only if your order does not come in.
* Special orders are non-returnable.
* UNFI charges a 15% re-stocking fee for mis-orders and returned items.
General Special Orders:
For Co-op Member/Owners* as well as the general public: Owners will receive a 15% discount off invoiced retail price. Non-owners will receive a 10% discount off invoiced retail price.

We offer discounts on a sliding scale when members place special orders from UNFI.
Wholesale amount Owner markup Non-Owners
$300 - $999 18% over wholesale Available only for owners
$1000+ 10% over wholesale Available only for owners
Special Order Deals for our Business-to-Business Partners
Our business-to-business markup begins at 15% over wholesale. Earn an even better markup with higher dollar amounts and/or frequent orders. Please contact our store manager for more information.
Special Orders from our Other Suppliers
We offer discounts on a sliding scale when members place special orders from other direct distributors.
Please note that some of our suppliers have minimum order requirements or shipping charges. Please ask one of our helpful team members for more information.
